Varuna is for sale
After 18 great years of cruising in Varuna, we are moving on to other adventures.
Robert Perry designed full keel cruiser with raised salon. The Islander 41 is built like a tank, but still sails well, especially in heavier air.
Her accomodations are excellent, even for a small family. Forward Cabin w/ V-berths and hanging locker & drawer storage w/ enclosed head to starboard. Aft Cabin w/ QUEEN berth, hanging lockers to port and enclosed head compartment.
Six cylinder Nissan/Chrysler diesel (80HP) gives you plenty of power, and great range coupled with her 200 gal fuel tank and 200 gallon water tank. ONAN 3KW genset, Full Galley, Sail Inventory; headsail furler, main, Mizzen, staysail.
Canvas Bimini top and dodger. There is too much information to list here.
She is currently located at Kingston, Ontario and will be In Montreal for the winter lay-up.
